As a registered Occupational Therapist for 35 years, with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Susan Steiner combines her knowledge of human anatomy and physiology with human psychology and development. This integrated approach to manual therapy explores the impact of both physical and emotional stresses that can profoundly impact the body’s ability to heal from complex injuries and chronic pain.
Based in Providence, Rhode Island, Susan maintains her private practice and study group as well as teaching nationally and internationally, sharing her highly developed skills and understanding with the therapeutic community. She is an instructor for the Upledger Institute in CranioSacral Therapy and Somato Emotional Release and is certified to the advanced level of Diplomate in Upledger CranioSacral Therapy.
